The picture of Mt. Rainier from the field is a picture from my brother's base. That's how close it was. That's as close as I wanted to be.

 It was dark when we arrived, so when I woke up and saw this I thought, "Adam's Backyard!!"

Ian's View 1

Every couple of days or so, I send Trice a morning (my morning) picture of Ian's (her fictional character) view from his overly expensive apartment, neighborhood. (His apartment is facing across from my job.) The photos are what he sees if he looks out the window or take a stroll through the harbor to get somewhere. Here are some of the past shots from the winter and this spring.
